Join us at GEM for an intimate French Wine Dinner on Tuesday, January 28, from 6–8 PM.

This special evening features a five-course, chef-curated menu, thoughtfully paired with French wines selected to complement each course. The dinner will be served family-style, creating a warm, communal experience designed for sharing great food, great wine, and great conversation.

The experience will be led by Aaron Simmons from Johnson Brothers, who will guide guests through each pairing and share insights into the wines and regions featured throughout the evening.

Expect classic French flavors, seasonal ingredients, and pairings that highlight the elegance and depth of France’s most beloved wine regions—all enjoyed around the table, GEM-style.
